He played a central role in Fidessa’s expansion from $67 million to $550 million in revenue, including building a global derivatives workflow business that now generates over $50 million annually.
He is the founder of Vision57, a strategy advisory firm focused on capital markets technology and fintech growth, where he works with senior leadership teams on product strategy, positioning and go-to-market execution. Stephen has also held senior leadership roles including Chief Marketing Officer at ION Markets and Director of Group Strategy at Fidessa, where he led global service line development across multi-asset trading workflows.
