Servedas CEO of Clean Power Innovation for nearly six years, and previously as President and Chief Operating Officer of Calisolar, where he led development and pilot production of a next-generation solar-grade silicon technology. Earlier served as Chief Technical Officer at SVTC, Senior Director at Cypress Semiconductor where he led development and pilot production of a new memory chip successfully commercialized to market. Began his career at IBM San Jose and as Director of Research at the CNRS in France, leading teams in nanotechnologies, semiconductor processes, and spin electronics for memory and solar applications.
Author of over 200 major technical publications, editor of three books, and holder of multiple patents.
